Strife in Metro...

After goin thru dis article,u'll think I am an antiwoman maniac. Well this is completely untrue on d contrary i think i m mre on pro gender equality.
Recently DMRC intro a seperate coach for females. It took me sometime to digest wats d need f an entire seperate coach nw after half of seats in every coach wr already reserved for them.Besides even u sit on any unreserved seat den u may or may nt(mstly its may) find a girl arrogantly askin to vacate it.Dare to say No& own d tag f Gawar & zahil.I cn undrstnd d case f senr citizens & pregnant wmn or 1 carryin a baby in her hands(will a woman vacate a seat for a rural man with a baby in his hands) but why d hell shud i vacate the seat for a clg or skul girl but as 1 of my friend says i shud b mre sensitive towards d cause of woman.I digestd it.Then came seperate coach theory & reasn gvn infrmlly dat men msbhves.Agreed bt is it d solution?Dey cud av easily strtd a campaign askin supprt f daily cmmtatrs agnst troublin men.d other day i sw a few old men at Karol Bagh voluntrily mangin crowd so i dnt thnk a it wud be impsble& also durin d deserted hrs like late night(though u hardly see metro mre dan half empty) dey could have easily deployed an extra security guard& above all provdin seperate coach wud nt ease d problem as durin thse hours d eve teaser wl nt adhre 2 d rules & abstain from enterin womn cmprtmnt.
D authrties mte av shwn high degree f far-sightedness in providin a seperate coach but since i am a common man & my low vision failed to understand d prudence. But who m i to object? so digestd it too & i am a happy commutator. But let me tell u wat is the situation today. Since one coach is exclusly 4 woman rest five coaches are crowed like a cattle herd in truck.Metro that already runnin over crowed before the change has suddenly turned into a travellin nightmare.anyone who ever travelled on Noida line will understand it better.Men generally outnumber women in daily commutin. Now imagine durin rush hours the entire women's coach is almost half empty while rest of five coaches are choked like hell. I travel daily from GTB Nagar To Rajiv Chowk. Its now a routine for me to escape a metro or two to get a standin spot despite havin no luggage.Nw y woman coach is empty? Because you will find most of them in rest five coaches. Today only a man fell on the platform by pushin of crowd. A few minutes later i find a young girl arguin a man in crowed coach for he was unwillin to vacate the seat. His argument was you are havin an entire empty coach u should go there. The girl took it as offence and trust me there was a full scene. Later some uncles intervened and seat was given to the girl. I turned around and there were more than 30 woman in my coach.well i cant explain why they are not goin to the reserved coach. There might be two reasons to my guess .. Firstly there is some poisonous gas by some men like strong chlorine which is makin their stay impossible in reserved compartment. second reason varies from person to person so i wont state it. But in any case i am reluctant to admit woman are causin a deliberate inconvince. Not convinced? Ok ever stood in a queue to buy tickets? No matter how long or short is it you will always find a young woman walkin fearlessly to counter to buy tickets.despite the fact the line is dignified and no provision for seperate female line except for old age and physically challenged who by the vice of their case should not be made to adhere physical strain. And the moment you object her Advance.. The only thing i can say is "GOD bless you.." anyway the women in my coach were enjoyin all seats no matter when they came in or got down on what station.
later i almst missed my station 4 it ws overcrowded near the gate somehow I got down.I rushed to see the 1st coach & as always i saw d half d woman's compartment empty.

THE EVIL IS BEHIND

Lust is nt abt compliance
Its fannin the flames of desire..
&hope is myth of coward
for every virtue is despised..
Wen antiChrist rules d wrld
&God is dyin in the vain
so where will you run
where will you hide
the evil is behind
its d end of mankind

d bruises of your sins will walk to your grave
&same priest will condemn u whether u infirm or brave..
&when u look at your body & see blood on your hands..
Man where will you run where will you hide
evil its behind
its the end of mankind..

Death is not the only end
u have to pay things beyond
in this world of greed & sins man is animal right is wrong..
When prophecy is a curse &
philanthropy is a crime
then where will you run where will you hide
there is devil right behind you
its the end of mankind..

You gonna die tonight you gonna die tonight
right here..
Where will you run.. Where will you hide..
Its the end of mankind..

just tanay and me into small debate that actor shahrukh khan should not pay for misquotes of media shahrukh khan... i know Tanay is an ardent fan of sharukh and he wont talk appreciate anythiny against of the person he has grown up to be like.. but buddy... He is Shahrukh..an Indian.. a popular Indian... a filmstar... my apologies a superstar .. the king as per his own claims.. and when you hold such a position people look up to you. grow upto be like you.... even i want to acquire things from him like hardwork passion.. but unneccesary generating contraversies will not leave him a hero anymore...yestrday an IPS OFFICER was transferred for praising Kasab... if could face the ire for bad mouth.. why now shahrukh.. there is no provision of transfer in Indian film industry.. bad luck King khan all we can do to oppose your movie so that next time you blab out you remember you are a national hero...
we welcome Pakistanis.. but if owners feel that there are better options them its their choice their money .. sharukh is an owner of KKR.. he should have taken them. he didn't as hew knew their will be issues if he brings them in.. but he preferred to create a situation that created an impression as if he was forcefully stopped... SHUT UP SHAHRUKH... dont kill kabir khan...or Mohan bhargawa...but irresponsible media staements... that reaches millions and create ripples.. if i say anything like this people wont take me seriously.. but if a person of his stature speaks.. people will believe and follow...
and Tanay also said he is being targeted just because he is shahrukh.. i have no counter to this... why only shahrukh means both the things. that he is may be a soft target or a bundle of arrogant irresponsibledeeds ,media catching by negative sequences.... no body except mr mahesh bhatt is so much in love with pakistan,,, now i think shahrukh is willing to join them.. international harmony is good but not at the cost of national confusion... he created a panicking situation nationally and internationally that Government of India is playing cards behind the scene.. to stop neighbours.. now will this promote harmony or love for neighbours..
i would love to see My name is khan.. after all i love the way you and kajol used to flourish the screen.. please dont ruin my mood... Mr. Khan...

UNSTOPPABLE TANAY....

REVIEW OF BILLU BARBER
-TANAY TARANY

Before reading anything furthur, kindly go to your songs list. Check out that song in CC2C- in which akshay kumar bluntly declares himself the kingmain hu akshay kumar main hu king and and heckdont know what else.

Cut to Billu now!! Shah Rukh Khan ensures that Akshay Kumar gets the fact correctly through a film. YeahBillu celebrates the stardom of Shah Rukh Khansimply a treat for an SRK fan(and I had a tummy full!!!). it shows you how big the king isa bit of self appraisal by the king as its his home production but then the name and the status of his character- saahir khan is a reason good enough to justify such pompousness. So we have a great crowd cheering for the kinga flashback of his glorious era of reign(which still continues.), his movie posters displayed all over BudBuda(thats the villages name). And boyhow can I forget that blue helicopter which has king khan inscribed over it?? The most difficult role for an actor is to be himself in front of camera.and the king does that with the same grace that he showed in his 3 min. stint in luck by chance. King does have a considerable amount of presence-at least more than what I had expected. But at times we do find him in OSO frame of mind..thats ok as its an actors role.

But the real winner is Irrfan Khanyet again he never acts. The fellow looks absolutely naturalnegating the presence of camera every time he appears. He displays the ignominy, the insecurities, the confusions and the complex feelings of a poor friend when the entire village is going gaga over the arrival of his star friend. The film grips you frm the very beginning as they show the miniscule objects that we see at a barbers shop and never take notice of. As the cinema proceeds Irrfan makes sure that its not the regular Pridarshan comedy which makes you laugh by creating funny confusions. It seems Irrfan carries an acting measuring scale..which enables him to behave in an absolute manner. Yes it is humorous.but in a very subtle mannerwhich does ensures few roaring laughter moments..but you do have a smile during almost every shot of the film. And when you have nothing to smile at inbetween, you have the three gorgeous ladies gyrating along with the king.(sigh!!...they were too goodcant decide which one was betterwas it deepikaor kareenaor prichops???...cant tellm confused.all of them perhaps!!!)

Newspapers have written few good words about the climax. They should have used a few more of them. SRK finally bring backs those emotions that we missed in last few of his films(chak de apart!!!). yes he moistens your eyes when he tells about his childhoodhe makes you to miss your school & college buddies as he discusses friendshipand he does make your head nodding in agreement when he declares that childhood days are the best time of your life. He does what he is best at. makes strange ex-pressionsbites his lipsand tht everything which have made the mothers, sisters and aunts in India and abroad to weep over the last two decades.

No need to mention om purie and rajpal I supposethey have predictable rolesbut they have perfected the art of making even the predictable interestinghavent they???

And hey.we even had lara dutta in the film!! In the village attire she seemed really beautiful.simply but realygood.at least much better than she looks in her western outfits!!!!

The film does take some dig over the contemporary bollywood scenariosome digs at akki and sallubut kings presence makes it looks very dignified. Wonder why bollywood has become so self centredtoo many films about itself!! The film captures the Indian mania over the cinema stars.schools, dhobighat, marketeverything thing comes to life as they listen about the arrival of the star!!
The desperation of kids meeting his saahir chacha and that of lara meeting her deverjee were really heart touching!! Its one of those fairy tales that we heard by our mothers and grandmothers during those story telling bedtime!!

Final word I know its becoming repeatating though.. let the shirtless chap shoot in rajasthan fortslet the bald guy stay in IIM-A as he tries being a perfectionist.hardly mattersits the king who rules the world!!!

(SHAHRUKH KHAN,THE ACTOR HAS MANAGED TO BE AN ARDANT HERO OF THE WRITER.... )

terrorism

Terrorism is the tactic of demanding the impossible, and demanding it at gunpoint.
-santa banta graffiti

sleeping gaints....the INDIA

Its back. Terroists have made yet another act of what is absolutely not accepted in a civilized society.
This time, the target was Girgao Chaupati(suneil shetty boating club is here .. situated proximately to his hotel) and few hospitals, Nariman House, OBEROI & TAJ. This time the assault was graver than ever.by the best of my knowledge the exact score of casualities of Indians(fireman, security personel included) are well beyond 210.. i am using the word score not because i want to hurt the sentiments of near and dear ones of people suffered in attack because whatever they have lost cannot be fulfilled by any compensatory amount,  condolence statement, bravery awards.. there are some losses that cannot be explained and fulfilled. i am using the word score because i am trying to adjust to this situation where i cannot do any thing, government would act in routine way and Indians known for their weakest memory on this Planet will live up to the reputation of letting it go which infact is an invitation to another event like this
My friend nikhil lohani is obssesed with counter strike, guys must be knowing that.. you are provided with maps ,guns, force and there are two teams terrorist and counter Ts.. he plays it day and night.. he may not find his dry underwear but hub is always on place.,
India has become a practice map for the world now.. there are practice modes too .. easy mode go to a new city, normal mode go to kashmir , difficult mode hyderabad mumbai are heaven...
and for expert mode we give you 5 stars hotel, temples and still you want more we have our parliament.. avalaible.. do watever but you will not be hanged because rape is a crime dowry a crime eve teasin even.. yes a grave crime but terrorism not a issue for which we can hang you...
i often wonder what lets our security personal keep working.. dont they feel cheated.. they die today and everybody will forget them.. some days back family members of people who lost their lives for saving parliament returned posthumous medals of bravery,... since goverment declined to hang prime accused of the attack... its a shame for the nation,,, i am sorry India ... i just cannot do anything....
by the time , u when this write up will be published on my blog.. TAJ and OBEROI would have been evacuvated..nation would have been praising gallantary soldiers, news channels would wud be trying their best to capitalise the emotions,, promises of security will made... lots of routine activity.. few suspensions, some arrests and a couple of encounters..
and then we will go back to sleep... WE r INDIANS the sleeping gaint.............

TO SIT OR NOT TO SIT..

Last time when I was on my way back to college by bus… My eyes fell on an editorial in a newspaper.. It was on the subject of women’s reservation in Parliament. Not for a single day since I came to this planet.. I have supported this reservation thing at the very first place. If I put a priority order, the ‘reservation’ option just lies above the option ‘FINALLY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING’ so it’s just the penultimate measure to a disaster..Whatever..We were talking about women’s reservation.

I find it absurd when women call for reservation. First they shout at the top their vocal cords’ TREAT US AT PAR WITH MEN’ & once you treat them equal they raise the anthem of reservation. The bus to my college was still moving smoothly. There was some good oldie song being played in the music system of the bus. Anyway women. They never leave a stone unturned to prove they are much better than men. You see whenever any results are announced; media floods everything with news saying ‘women outplayed men’ and ‘fairer sex proved their mantle yet again’. I can’t recall whether I read a single article saying a ‘man conquered the fort at women’s backyard’.They can say this about fashion industry, interior designing, cooking which are socially considered as a territory of womenfolk..but who’s interested? I don’t know what struck the driver he suddenly decided to play Mr. Reshammiya. To be very honest I am not too talented to bear his kind of music but there are some things in life which are certainly not under my control. So where were we? & yes During an IPL match I heard Priety Zinta saying” I m proud to be the first woman entering into a men’s dressing room? It’s a great day for the women of his part of world”. Well Shahrukh Khan is the first man to be featured in LUX soap advertisement. Should he shout” This is an achievement for every man on this earth that a man managed to appear in promotion of a soap considered exclusively for women”

By this time all you ladies out there must have used at least a millions of censored adjectives for me and have prepared thousands of counter evidences to put my opinion down to soil.

The bus halted at the next stop. I turned the page of newspaper to entertainment section to check the status of Kareena Kapoor..who is exactly her lucky duck at the moment? A women entered into the bus. She was not very much tall. She was wearing a routine saree. Not too costly even. There was a bag in her hand. It wasn’t an air bag or branded ADIDAS(One of my friend told me it means ALL DAY I DREAM ABOUT SPORTS, Well the evening when she told me this was very beautiful) . The bag was like a free carrier you get from a garment store with your purchase. The bus started moving. She was looking like a normal middle class woman. She wasn’t having long hair. Neither they were bob-cut, they were somewhere in between. It wasn’t looking stylish and one can easily infer that they were cropped just because it was getting difficult for the lady to manage long hair. But she was a showcase of self respect. Her purse was at least an year old. & outer zip was out of order. Somehow she managed to take the tickets. I wish the male conductor would have been a bit polite. She said nothing. Took the ticket ,she move on to fourth seat. The bag was a bit corpulent and wasn’t fitting in the space provided. At least somebody must rose up and should help her. Not because she is incapable but it’s a point of humanity to help fellow people. Even I wasn’t an exception as I was sitting unmoved. The bus was crowded. She managed to get just behind my seat. I closed the newspaper. She held the bag from left hand and adjusted her glasses with right. Even the frame of her glasses wasn’t looking too costly. She did it. She asked no one to help her. The bag was into the luggage area. She was standing now, somehow in this crowded bus. Why don’t these bus services provide a women’s seat? It must been at some corner and a man with a fat stomach, dark moustaches would have captured it with a great degree of smugness & would willingly fight with her over why not to give her the seat? So it would be quite a daunting task for this highly respectable woman. I don’t know what struck me. I stood up & offered her my seat. First, she hesitated but slight insist did the job. It really felt good inside. Why? I am not sure. May be I gave her the reverence she deserved.

I am still against reservation of any kind & Ms. Zinta’s statement will make me angry for some more time, though she really looks great on screen. May be for some more years I will be forced to read the accomplishment of women after every declaration of result. It will definitely be irritating. And yes Shahrukh was really pathetic in that LUX advertisement. Sorry Tanay but that’s true.

I was constantly searching where is that women’s seat? I stood there without a seat for almost an hour& Mr. driver never ceased to play Himesh. Finally came the college. May be this time I could learn some more full forms of brands from my friend. The moment I was about to get down from the bus, I discovered that It was my seat that was reserved for women. I didn’t know how to react? Only thing I could do was to say thanks to that lady for lending me your seat for more than five hours. But she was sleeping.

When I got down from the bus my leave and identity card was checked to ensure I am not an intruder. Everything was fine. I belonged to the college. I was allowed to get in.
